Part 3: Run of Show

Throughout the development of the project, coordinators are responsible for the following:

  • Manage the internal workflow.
  • Regularly checking in with artists, clients and internal supervisor/producer to ensure the project is progressing smoothly toward completion.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate shot and task statuses in Flow Production Tracking for organizational clarity (for detailed guidelines, refer to the Coordinator Workflow Statuses in Baked's documentation)
